Tibetan Narrative Scenes: centrally located are three shrines with the Buddha Shakyamuni in the middle, the bodhisattva Maitreya in the shrine on the left and Avalokiteshvara on the right. Above that are numerous dwellings and temples accompanied with a frenzy of human activity. At the bottom right is another structured complex of buildings filled with nobles and government officials. A river divides the two major complexes with the countryside between filled with decorative tents, picnics and horseman.
